After the color scheme was chosen we started to pick where specific colors would go. This was done in a most scientific manner...the colors where written on pieces of paper and put in a basket and picked at random and assigned to areas.
The sign-up sheet was posted and a free BBQ and 2 days of slippage offered and sure enough we had 24 people ready to start painting.
